Returns, cancellations and refunds

Effective for purchases after publication on October 15, 2026. Existing orders retain the terms applicable when purchased.

In-stock, demo and B-stock merchandise
Request a return at info@veritasguitars.com within 72 hours of delivery. Return in the condition received, with the supplied case and accessories. Careful inspection is allowed; new damage or modifications are not. Demo and B-stock condition is assessed against the disclosed condition at delivery.

Pickups
Must be uninstalled, unsoldered and unmodified, with uncut leads for a change-of-mind return.

Change-of-mind shipping
Customer pays actual shipping both ways. Original shipping is not refunded; if originally free, the actual outbound cost is deducted. No shipping charge is counted twice.

Return process
Contact us for authorization, then ship within seven days. Refunds go to the original payment method within seven business days of receipt and inspection.

Regular custom builds
The $1,200 build slot is a separate purchase, fully refundable within 48 hours. Afterward it is nonrefundable, nontransferable and valid for 12 months. It does not obligate the customer to purchase a guitar. Its full cost is credited against the completed guitar. Canceling the guitar leaves no remaining balance owed; the slot stays available until its original expiration.

Completed custom guitars
No change-of-mind returns. Masterbuilt keeps its separately agreed terms.

Damage, incorrect items, defects and warranty claims are handled separately. Applicable legal rights remain protected.
