1. SPONSOR: Veritas Guitars, 104 S Main St, Mount Pleasant, TN, 38474, support@veritasguitars.com ("Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Veritas Guitars Giveaway Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with the laws of their country or jurisdiction of residence. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on July 7, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 4, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER: There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (a) Purchase Entry and (b) Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). All entries, regardless of method, have an equal chance of winning.

PURCHASE ENTRY: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit veritasguitars.com and make a purchase. You will automatically receive one (1) entry for every one (1) U.S. dollar spent on eligible purchases (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees). No limit on purchase entries, subject to Section 5 (Entry Limitations). All Purchase Entries must be made on the Veritas website. Over the phone orders will not be eligible.

FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, you must add the "Free Entry to Veritas Guitar Giveaway" to your cart, and purchase for $0.00. At checkout, you must enter a valid Name and Email address. You may also complete any of the following actions during the Sweepstakes Period. Each action grants a specified number of entries, as outlined below. Visit veritasguitars.com/pages/giveaway to access entry forms or instructions for each method:

- Refer a Friend: Refer a friend who enters the Sweepstakes using your unique referral link (1 entry, per valid referral, no limit on referrals).

- Subscribe to Email List: Subscribe to Sponsor’s email list by providing your email address (1 entry, limit one per person).

- Visit a Facebook Post: Visit the designated Sweepstakes post on Sponsor’s official Facebook page and follow the instructions to confirm your visit (1 entry, limit one per person).

- Visit an Instagram Post: Visit the designated Sweepstakes post on Sponsor’s official Instagram page and follow the instructions to confirm your visit (1 entry, limit one per person).

- Subscribe to YouTube Channel: Subscribe to Sponsor’s official YouTube channel at youtube.com/veritasguitars and follow the instructions to confirm your subscription (1 entry, limit one per person).

All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on August 4, 2025. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. ENTRY LIMITATIONS: There is no limit on the number of purchase entries or referral entries, provided they comply with these Official Rules. For free AMOE methods, limits are as specified above (e.g., one entry per person for email subscription). Only one entry per person per email address is permitted for each limited AMOE method. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses or other means to circumvent entry limits will result in disqualification. Entrants may not use third-party sweepstakes services to enter.

6. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: Veritas Guitars Portlander guitar, Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,500. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,500. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and international taxes, duties, tariffs, or other fees (including customs duties) associated with the prize. For U.S. winners, if the prize value exceeds $600, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC where necessary. 

7. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about August 7, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via instagram, email and/or phone within seven (7) business days of the drawing. To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and provide any requested verification of eligibility, including proof of age and residency. If a potential winner does not respond within the stated time, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may conduct additional checks to confirm eligibility before awarding the prize.

9. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law (e.g., Tennessee), by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation or notice, in perpetuity, in any media now known or hereafter developed.

10. STATE-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

- NEW YORK AND FLORIDA (U.S.): If the total prize value exceeds $5,000, this Sweepstakes is registered and bonded in New York and Florida in accordance with state laws. A certified winners list will be submitted to the appropriate state authorities as required.

- RHODE ISLAND (U.S.): If this Sweepstakes is advertised in a retail establishment in Rhode Island, it is registered as required for prize pools over $500.

- TENNESSEE (U.S.): Winners are not required to sign a publicity release to claim the prize.

- OTHER U.S. STATES: This Sweepstakes complies with all applicable state laws, including prohibitions on requiring store visits as consideration (e.g., Michigan, Ohio, Virginia) and purchase requirements for contests (e.g., Maryland, Vermont).    

11. SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from any liability related to the Sweepstakes. Entrants must comply with each platform’s terms of service and promotion guidelines, including:

- Facebook: Entrants may not be required to Like or Follow a page to enter.

- Instagram: Entrants may not be required to Like or Follow a page to enter.

- YouTube: Entrants must follow YouTube’s Community Guidelines.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

13. PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at [https://www.veritasguitars.com/pages/legal#]. Entrants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and will not be shared, except as necessary to fulfill prizes or comply with legal requirements. 

14. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

15. DISPUTES: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [Maury County, TN], and entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

16. WINNER’S LIST: To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Veritas Guitars, 104 S Main St, Mount Pleasant, TN, 38474 within thirty (30) days after the close of the Sweepstakes. Requests must be received by September 7th, 2025.

17. ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Sweepstakes is void in jurisdictions where prohibited. Records of the Sweepstakes will be retained for at least two (2) years, or four (4) years where required by law.
