Veritas guitars and basses are backed by a five-year limited warranty for the original owner. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal playing conditions from the date of purchase. If an issue arises that is covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the affected parts at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, environmental exposure, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is non-transferable and excludes incidental or consequential damages. To make a claim, please contact Veritas Guitars with proof of purchase before attempting any repairs yourself.
Orders generally ship within three to five business days. We use insured UPS, FedEx, or USPS services and will provide tracking details once your order leaves our shop. A signature may be required for high‑value items. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination; expedited and international options are available by request. We are not responsible for carrier delays or for customs duties and taxes on international shipments. For special shipping arrangements, please call us at 931-325-5322.
WARRANTY SHIPPING
For service requests within 30 days of purchase, we will issue a prepaid return label and cover shipping both ways. For requests after 30 days but within one year, you are responsible for shipping the instrument to us, and we will pay for return shipping. After one year, shipping costs both ways are your responsibility. Please insure your shipment and use a sturdy case; we cannot accept freight‑collect deliveries.
