These Sale Terms describe the terms and conditions under which Veritas Custom Guitars (“Veritas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sells and supplies products to you.

9. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled, except at our sole discretion. If your order has shipped, it must be returned following our return policy.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds will be issued only after returned items are inspected and approved.

Veritas products are sold for personal use only. Resale is strictly prohibited. We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of being for resale.

12. PRODUCT WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

Our products are covered by limited warranty.

Veritas disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Warranty claims are subject to our sole review and approval.

13. CHANGES TO SALE TERMS
